The static and dynamic sessions in confined water are used to teach relaxation, breathing, finning and safety techniques.

In the open water sessions you will apply the skills you have learned in the pool / confined water sessions and combine them with the basic skills of open water freediving such as equalizing, duck diving, vertical swimming, body positioning, turns and use of buoyancy.
You will learn dive between 12-20M.
If you do not pass the course we will offer at least one additional day’s training, at no extra cost before we start charging extra, or offer the AIDA 1 STAR Freediver qualification to get you onto the ladder.
Day 3 (Optional*)
