Yes, Freediving is safe when done properly, with the correct knowledge and supervision.

No, this is a beginner course. If you have already completed AIDA 1 with us, we will offer the AIDA 2 at a discounted price. Otherwise the AIDA 2 is suitable for beginners, with no previous freediving experience.

We bet you can hold your breath longer than you think! We will teach you how to improve your breath hold. People often surprise themselves with what they can achieve with the right knowledge and environment. Once you have booked on a course, we will also give you some dry exercises to try at home in preparation for the course.

Currently Alice Hickson is our main instructor but we do have other instructors who help from time to time. All our instructors are fully qualified, insured and experienced.

Our main base is Cornwall, Newquay, but where we run our courses is dependent on the weather. We do run courses and trips in other locations around the UK and abroad, so make sure you follow us on social media for the most up to date information.

If for any reason we cancel the course, we can reschedule or provide a full refund. By booking the course you are agreeing to attend. If you have to cancel up to 1 month before the start date you will receive 100% of the course fee or we can look at rescheduling, depending on circumstances.
