Blue Embrace Freediving Club, Cornwall
Blue Embrace has an active freediving club with weekly meets in Cornwall, open to qualified and insured freedivers.
You will need your own equipment and must be happy to buddy up and provide safety as these are not always instructor lead sessions. They are a chance to get together to train and meet other Freedivers.
To attend club sessions you must be AIDA 2/SSI level 1 qualified, or equivalent. You will need to fill in paperwork including medical and liability release forms before attending your first session.
Every Thursday we have a static session in Carnon Downs and a dynamic session every Friday in a 25M pool in Truro. As well as this we run monthly sessions in a 50M pool and during the season we will also be running quarry or boat based depth sessions.
